The heavy weight ingredient in this balm is raw shea butter grown, harvested and crafted by women in Ghana Africa. Blue Tansy, Lavender and Frankincense oils soothe stressed skin repairing and protecting the barrier. Blue algae and white tea extract act as a protective, calming barrier against environmental exposures. Ingredients
Blue Tansy (related to chamomile) Its anti-inflammatory characteristics make it ideally suited for conditions of skin inflammation such as eczema, psoriasis, and acne. It also has properties that fight off oxidative stress from the environment, helping to lighten hyperpigmentation and sun damaged skin.
Blue Algae & Butterfly Pea Shoots are pigment-rich ingredients called anthocyanin. These plant nutrients that work wonders on the skin and are a great source of antioxidants packed with essential amino acids and minerals. they boost skin moisture by preventing water loss, and protect against free radicals from environmental pollution and excess UV rays.
Frankincense is excellent for fading discoloration in the skin as well as fighting cancer cells and boosting cellular regeneration.
Lavender is known for its calming and antibacterial qualities.
White Tea extract has powerful polyphenols to correct sun damaged cells and protect from air pollution.

I believe it is a good balm for cooler months, maybe not for Florida as we have a more humid environment. I also find that my older/Dry skin client base prefers working with product that is more fluid to the touch.
Overall i personally thought it is a good balm, still working with it and trying it post other facial treatments that would interrupt the skin barrier.

Thank you Rosa for this feed back. In humid climates I recommend Regenerative or Blemish Free oil as a highly absorbable and hydrating product. Face Balm is great for extremely dry skin or climates and beautifully healing to damaged skin barriers. You only need a tiny bit and then can warm between your hands before applying.

As noted in the description…this face balm is “the Bomb”! I have dry skin and this is the ONLY product I have ever found to really address my issue. I appreciate that it is not oily but feels pure and melts into my skin like butter. SO GOOD! I also use it on my hands at night.

I live in the harsh arctic weather & wear protect oil everyday. But found my face was still a little dry at the end of the day because from November to March it’s -weather with constant wind. This balm is exactly what I was missing in my life. No more dry nose. I put it on over the protect oil and love how soft it makes my face feel. I think everyone needs this product because even if you are not in extreme weather the aftermath of how it makes your skin feel is amazing. The texture of my skin & redness have diminished.
