glō Luxury Oils grants an automatic refund of products that arrive damaged. Please send a photo of damaged product with a request for refund.
If after 10 days of use you are unsatisfied with a glō product, a refund will be issued upon return of said product.
If you are shipping back an order you wish to return, and shipping is over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
